Before initiating manufacture of a die assembly, MT-Holding experts develop a drawing for your approval, assigning a special code to the section.
We can design the drawing based on a section sample or sketch you provide.

Stages of drawing-based manufacture
Approving Terms of Reference
This stage includes the following steps:
- Receiving drawings from the customer/designing drawings based on a sketch
- Defining the section's main parameters
- Approving the Terms of Reference
Calculating costs of assembly equipment and section
Once the Terms of Reference and section drawings are agreed on, we calculate the costs of assembly equipment and section, and coordinate the lead time. Following the coordination process, an invoice on assembly equipment is rendered.
Free prototype manufacture
Once assembly equipment is manufactured, we produce a prototype for free; our Quality Assurance department audits the section before shipping. If the Quality Assurance inspection results in a positive opinion, we send the section prototype to the customer for approval.
Main batch production
Having agreed on the shape, dimensions, and mechanical properties of the prototype, we proceed to producing the main batch. Once manufactured, every section undergoes the Quality Assurance audit and only passes to the next floors upon positive QA opinion.
Coating and dimension-based cutting
By customer request, we can apply a decorative and protective powder coating (RAL or anodizing) on sections. After coating is applied, we cut the products to dimensions. The final production stage includes QA inspection, packaging, and transferring end products to the warehouse.
