This Personal Data Processing Policy was developed as per Federal Law No.152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006 and outlines the procedure for processing personal data and measures MT-Holding LLC shall take to ensure security of personal data they process (the Operator).

7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the foreign countries or jurisdictions that do not comply with the above requirements can be carried out only upon written consent of the personal data subject to cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or under an agreement or contract which such a personal data subject is a party to.
